In The past there was a lot of therapist turnover and I’d be so disappointed to show up for appt expecting one therapist and receive someone new. I’m extremely therapist with massage therapist David who has been in Olney for the past few years providing consistent excellent service and also have really enjoyed the facial therapist when I treat myself to those services.

My therapist is very skilled giving me a massage And I come every two weeks and she changes the massage around. She gives an excellent massage.

Tom is so good and knowledgeable He gives a great massage

The esthetician was friendly, informative, and thorough. She didn't talk during the facial, except to warn me of an unusual application, i.e., something cool. Her touch was firm but not painful.

The front desk person is always friendly and quick with getting me checked in. I always love my fascial! It has helped keep my skin in good shape and leni does a wonderful job!

The service was great!

From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. It was my first time there as a new member. The receptionist, the massage therapist and the entire place were amazing.

The massage was with Marisol was wonderful. I previously had a massage with another masseuse at this location and was underwhelmed. Marisol changed that COMPLETELY - she knew what she was doing and I felt great afterwards.

I’m very satisfied with Hand & Stone services. Very professional and you don’t have to seat to waiting. They attend you on time .

I cancelled my membership because after almost a year, and after trying almost every massage therapist, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the deep tissue massages. Either they were glorified swedish massages with slightly more pressure, or (in Sarah's case), good but very difficult to book with my schedule. I'm very sad that I discovered Tom *after* cancelling my membership, because his was the best massage I have ever had, hands down (pun intended). That being said, considering how many different therapists I tried, I would not recommend anyone get a membership here.
