From the moment I entered, I felt valued. Natalie was professional and friendly, and most importantly my experience was relaxing, educational and I left feeling taken care of and "prettier". I even signed up for a membership based on the service and my desire to return!

Sean was very attentive to the requested areas of therapy. I appreciated his consideration for lack of conversation, unless related to the therapy. I was greeted after the service with a cold cup of water and a review of the areas we discussed before the massage.

This is the second time I've had a regular (Swedish) massage from Elissa. She is friendly, welcoming and has a very calming presence. She is extremely skilled and applies exactly the right amount of pressure. I feel totally refreshed and less stressed post-massage. I would totally recommend her and this Hand and Stone location!
