Extremely friendly staff, great massage therapist, helpful and relaxing.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. My appointments always are on time which is great. I feel more relaxed when I leave after an appointment.

Amber was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed. She was friendly and accomplished the need that I had.

My skin felt amazing and looked so much better. She did a great job answering any questions. I would ask for her again.

I get many facials but this one left my face feeling much more hydrated and glowing. The esthetician asked my needs during the facial. It was very relaxing.

Susan is awesome—great skills, boundaries, warmth. The on-line portal for making an appointment was super frustrating—kept sending me a code and telling me I entered the wrong code. The receptionist was competent but a little edgy. The therapy room is peaceful. The waiting area in a strip mall is nothing special—clean but not particularly relaxing or inviting. Susan is the big draw to this spa!

The day before our appointments, I received an email indicating we had enough points for a facial OR a hot rock upgrade. The staff was not able to honor it or to satisfactorily explain why I received it - just that it isn’t an upgrade available at this location (despite the fact that the email says it is good at any location in the US). I understand that it may have been poorly worded or sent in error, but was disappointed that rather than try to correct it, it is explained as unavoidable because the computer sends it. Honestly, in my business, I would have honored it since it was sent and received. Over all, though, we’ve had good experiences with this location. Thank you!

Just a great job and place. My original apparently hurt her hand so I have s second. K was excellent but I need to t come in thin the morning
