Esthetician was fabulous. The reception staff is always professional and welcoming.

I can’t understand why you all can’t put some small mirrors in the rooms. It would be nice to fix hair before leaving room, or check out your face/makeup. I brought this up awhile back and was told I could use the bathroom. I want to see what I look like before leaving the room then be on my way.

The massage therapist was very nice and the massage was effective at working sore muscles that I had. She asked for feedback on pressure during the massage and adjusted pressure based on my feedback.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My esthetician is fantastic. I feel calm and relaxed after my appointments. My skin always looks and feels great after my appointments.

My therapist Michaela was great. Therapist was very knowledgeable and gave me Insight on the condition of my muscles and ligaments. The staff professional and friendly.

I was treated with respect. I was asked what my issues were and voiced them. I was given a great facial and left with an appointment for next month.

I've been a member for 12 plus years and the expected level of quality service is always met.

My facial skin was bright and clear after the facials was done. It is still clear now. I really enjoyed the experience, from the shoulder and neck massage to the facials. The environment is clean and staff are pleasant.

Tiffany was great! My first time as a client and overall experience was relaxing. It was the best birthday gift I gave to myself. I will be returning.
