I have had amazing facials by several of the estheticians (Steffanie, Alexa & Jazzy) and they are all wonderful. Each one is unique in their style and personality and have always made me feel very comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments.

Easy to book, good value, and on time. The therapist was extremely pleasant and did an outstanding job especially on the areas that I requested.

My therapist was attentive to my needs regarding my problem areas. She made sure the pressure of the massage was to my liking. The therapist asked if I wanted a warm towel to wipe off with and gave me some water at the end of my massage.

Service was excellent and I did have a problem with my gift certificate but the manager handled it immediately and I was very satisfied

Tracey was amazing. She was professional and knowledgeable. The ambiance was very relaxing.

I look forward to my monthly visits to Hand and Stone. My therapist is wonderful, friendly, knowledgable, respectful and just plain "gets it"! I love the products. I leave feeling better and not so greasy that I can't go to the market if need be.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when answering questions. The location looked and felt very clean. Booking appointments is simple and fast and there is always availability for the time I want to go. The membership points is a bonus.
