Hand and Stone

The overall experience was excellent, the staff friendly and the masseuse amazing. I was happy I extended my visit to 90 minutes. The only real problem was the sticker shock when I had to pay. I’m glad I only had to pay for 30 minutes as the hour was gifted to me by my father for my birthday.

We were on vacation and that is why I answered that it wasn't likely i would visit again in the next 90 days. Everyone was great and we had a very nice experience.

I like my massage therapist and location is great. The only issue that I have is the time that take to book an appointment. It seems like receptionists have to solve the puzzle before the can check availability of the therapist. Why it is taking so long? Hand and Stone need to updater the system. Another issue is the Tippy - why I should pay fee for leaving tips? This is like to have a tax on tips. I would like to use my credit card for tips but Tippy made me really angry and the fact of fee. Please allow customers tp use credit card for tips as before. Tippy is sucks.

I like my massage therapist. I appreciate that she is treated well enough to stay for several years I hope she doesn’t become unsatisfied and leave

I was very satisfied with my massage therapist. She was very respectful and responsive to any of my requests. I could tell the spa was undergoing some construction but it did not affect my massage experience at all.

I found my two massage therapists (Annetta and Ryan) who I enjoy. Both have unique styles, which help me to relax and feel comfortable. The receptionists are always very pleasant and accommodating. Overall I am happy. Looking forward to the updated environment and renovation.

I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. My therapist Andrea was and is always amazing. Also, the girls at the front desk helped me work through my packages and points. They made it easy for me!!

The receptionist was super friendly. I had a new therapist and Jesus was fantastic.

Massage was wonderful but the reason I joined was that I was told there were H & S in New York City where I live but there are none so I am out of luck as the the locations are too far to get to .

The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The massage therapist, Gabby, was very interested in knowing what areas needed special attention and did a great job of attending to those areas. This was a very relaxing and pain relieving experience.
