Beth my technician was fantastic. I came in with neck pain and she was able to bring so much relief. She was very knowledgeable and knew where my sore spots were without me even telling her!

Olivia was warm and friendly. She explained what she was during throughout my facial. There was a noticeable difference and espevially noticeable next morning. I will be back!

Hamilton was great at the Bear location

It was my first time for a professional facial and didn't no what to expect. It was nice and relaxing so much so I fell asleep for a few minutes.

-I Had difficulty making my facial appointment. I called over 6 times at difficult days & times and kept getting a answer machine. BEAR DE. - I Had my facial done by Deb at Bear DE ON 11/2 @ 9:45. I have cancer and I am going through chemo treatments and wanted get a facial for a boost. Deb made my experience amazing as I felt like a million bucks after Deb finished with me and it was just what I NEEDED.

I was highly satisfied by how nice and welcoming they were and my massage left me feeling amazing.

My specific needs area was handled very well. I would say the right amount of pressure was used. Sufficient time was spent on my needs area.
