They were very friendly .I felt welcome even in my wheelchair. My therapist said she enjoyed working with me

Receptionist is amazing - I can't remember her name but she is always outstanding in her demeanor and communication. My facialist was also great. She customized the treatments to my needs. The one thing I don't love is the limited availability of treatments. Lots of workday, daytime appointments, not enough in the evenings/ weekends.

Joy is an excellent massage therapist, I really had a relaxing experience.

Lo is an amazing massage therapist who always gives me the best experience! I feel relaxed, rejuvenated and peaceful after our session. She definitely has healing hands:) Also, the staff in the receptionist area are very personable and helpful. I always look forward to my monthly massage and feel it has helped my overall health.

Staffing seems to be an issue since I had two sessions canceled back to back. That was very disappointing since it took so long to get them and then wait for the appointment in the first place. I have dozens of sessions to use and these last-minute cancellations were very impactful to my personal/work schedule.

I love Lo, Joy, and Suzette - but they were not available. I was a bit wary to try a new therapist - but was extremely delighted with how awesome Laurie was! Now I have more options! Yay!
