Hand and Stone

My therapist was outstanding and I will definitely book appointments with her when I return next season. The ambiance and staffing at this location a much higher quality than I've experienced at Hand and Stone before. This is what I expected! One question: overall it has been my experience this season that when I book a 90 minute massage the actual hands on time is more like 75 minutes. Why?
