I have been a long-time member of Hand and Stone, even keeping my membership when I relocated from another state. I am concerned that my membership is getting too expensive to maintain. In the past, I was getting facials once a month, but now I have to get one every 8 weeks as the price of the additional services is so expensive. I love the staff and experience, but the cost of services is coming close to me not continuing. There should be discounts for customers who are members but are suggested to use more services than the minimum.

I absolutely LOVED Heidi and felt that she did an amazing massage on me. I loved the glided cupping, it felt so good! Unfortunately, though, my appointment ran 15 minutes late and she didn’t give me the extra 15 minutes, so my appointment was technically cut short.

Massage therapist (Heidi) is exceptional. Her knowledge and application of her skills in addressing areas of pain provided segnificant relief. Manager Renee is an outstanding team leader... very professional and competent. If I still working as a CEO, I would try to hire her away from Hand and Stone, believing that she would be an asset to any quality organization; consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks. The professional skill of Heidi and the leadership of Renee is the ONLY reason I patronize Hand and Stone. This site functions well, at times, despite the ineptitude of the corporation.

I have been a client for several years. Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Continue to schedule appointments for facials as I see great results from working with Sabrina on my routine. Her knowledge and ability have been very helpful to me and my facial skin health

Lisa was so knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained what I needed to do to get my face into a better place. She reviewed my facial products and then recommended that I purchase some products to maintain my skin texture. I have been using the products for a week so far. I like how my skin feels.
