The entire staff is friendly. All estheticians and massage therapists are very good at what they do. They're easy to talk to, good listeners and very well informed about available products and services.

I have concerns with my back, because I have scoliosis. The massage therapist worked the areas I mentioned being tight and was gentle around the areas I said I more sensitive to pain. The amount of pressure used was effective yet very relaxing. I felt that the massage therapist understood what I wanted and genuinely cared about my level of relaxation. I loved the heated bed. I loved that there was an extra sheet for sanitary reason (due to covid precautions). I loved that the hand sanitizer smelled of essential oils. I would have loved more steam or essential oils during the visit, but I a huge fan of spas with sauna, steam rooms, eucalyptus rooms, etc.

Hand & Stone reception staff were friendly, and my massage therapist had a relaxing presence. The treatment itself was very therapeutic.

Jessica is thorough and very gentle. She takes careful note of skin condition at each appointment. The facial is truly calming and relaxing.

It was the most relaxing facial I've ever had. She did a great job. The foot treatment was awesome!

Latoya was very friendly and knowledgeable. She questioned me to understand the areas of my body that needed attention. She addressed those areas that were particularly sore! I was pleased with her manipulations.
