LaToya is a very talented masseuse. She has an intuitive touch regarding specific places that need kneading, as it were. I would like to have her as my permanent massaging person.

Staff was very friendly. Greeted immediately upon arrival. The massage worked on problem area and was successful.

My esthetician Jessica was amazing. She looked through all of my products and told me what I should and shouldn't be using. Along with what I could add into my routine. She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my skin which is a huge plus. Extremely nice and will always request her!

My massage therapist was experienced and provided a much - needed massage. I didn't ask for any specific area to concentrate on, but she found that my back was quite tight and spent a fair amount of time on this area. I felt much more fluid and agile after the massage.

When I entered, the darling receptionist asked how I was feeling, and if I required special care with the massage. She relayed my needs to the therapist, and the beautiful Sunny continued asking me questions regarding my needs. She listened and was mindful of what I needed that day. I have yet to have a massage therapist not take great care of me and my physical and emotional well-being while I was in their care.

The staff at Hand & Stone are always welcoming and focused on my concerns/goals. They are friendly and professional and the services have always been top notch! The membership is absolutely worth the price.

As a first timer, I was made to feel comfortable & felt my needs were addressed. I felt a bit pressured to try additional sessions or extra steps to the process. Not fond of that.

Judy is a good massage therapist and an interesting person. She asked me about what I wanted and needed, and gave me a good massage -- I needed gentleness this time around (due to a rheumatoid arthritis flare-up), and she responded well.

I was very satisfied with the price of my message and how well my therapist works with me.

I already knew Samee from before so she remembered my needs. When I suggested that she finish with massaging my knotted muscle spasms she responded. I’m glad that we were not required to wear masks!
