Hand and Stone

This was my first time at Hand & Stone and it was an amazing experience. The receptionist was welcoming and had everything ready for me. I only waited about 5 minutes and then my therapist, Lo, came to greet me. She made me feel at ease and welcomed. She was AWESOME! Perfect pressure and she spent ample time on each area. I didn't feel like she was rushing or going too quickly, so explained everything and just made the whole experience pleasant - it was perfect. She was so nice and I will definitely book with her again!!

Shahar was knowledgeable, thorough with her process, and responsive to my aging skin’s needs and made suggestions and followed through accordingly. I enjoyed the experience.

Brittany was knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and answered all my questions.

Brittany is terrific. She has already improved my skin in just a few sessions. She is caring, knowledgeable, and excellent at facials. Th3 entire front desk staff made sign in to check out a breeze.

Elaine is wonderful as well as the front desk person that is usually there on Sunday mornings.

The reception team members and Sara, my esthetician, are just wonderful. Sara always makes sure to provide me with a professional opinion of what my skin needs at the time of the visit. I love her honesty.

Staff were warm and welcoming, not pretentious or stuffy in the space. Therapist was skilled and professional, customized the treatment just for me. No pressure sales and comfortable energy from everyone there.
