The receptionist that greeted me and took care of everything was very helpful. My therapist is excellent! I continue to book all my appointments with her ( Mia R). She listens to my concerns and has the knowledge to help me. I only want to book with her.

Therapist was responsive to my needs. She applied the right amount of pressure where needed. She was very pleasant to talk with during the session.

Tantiana gives an excellent massage. She listens to your concerns and addressed them. She is professional and friendly. She accommodates your needs.

This Hand and Stone is very clean and very pleasant to attend. I am not happy with the availability of services at all! . I’ve had to wait over a month for massage and I think that’s just unacceptable. Also, my membership has gone up $20 per month from when I joined, that’s just way too high and our original membership should have been grandfathered. Plus then, one has to give a huge tip on top of the charge! This makes a 50 min massage cost over $100 for the service and the fact that it has become very hard to book services, makes this not a very good value anymore.
