The music and some of the rooms, you can't hear it that well and also delighting some of the Lights Don't dim too low?Maybe they should put like battery candles on the wall.Maybe change it up some.I would like it to be more cozy

I have been coming to Katrina for years and she always provides the massage I need. She always asks if there is any specific area that needs attention Nd then gives it that attention if needed.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and I was very satisfied with all aspects of the services provided. The receptionist was very welcoming, Carmen was attentive and thorough, and I felt very relaxed and taken care of when I left. Looking forward to coming back regularly.

Excellent massage therapist and relaxing atmosphere

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a massage. My massage therapist was friendly and had a soft relaxing voice. She listened to my needs and gave a great massage. In the future I would ask for more pressure on lower extremities as I think it would be more effective. Left SUPER relaxed!

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and safe. All areas are always clean and neat. Total staff is beyond amazing. The massage therapist I had during this visit was the first time I have ever felt full relief from neck and shoulder pain, just absolutely relaxed!
