Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone is always very clean and comfortable. I love the ambiance and appreciate the staff who work there. They are always very helpful and friendly. My esthetician, Rebecca, does a remarkable job explaining my options and breaking down costs so I know what I'm going to pay. She spends the right amount of time with my facial and I never feel rushed. She makes excellent suggestions for home care, but does not push products on me. My facial at H&S is a treat that I always look forward to each month.

The Hillsboro hand, and Stone has the most professional and friendliest staff. Very calming and welcoming atmosphere. It makes me look forward to my next appointment. I love how passionate each member is to ensure that every customer that walks in ends up, walking out, very satisfied and feeling refreshed and reenergized.

The therapist I see is great. She does a really good job of it issues I have. I do massage for pain management.

My ethetician was highly knowledgeable regarding the skin and what to use and do for my skin. She's also very nice.

I still need a break down of what I spent last year, calendar year 2023, for my reimbursements. The staff at the desk are great but haven’t been able to do this for two appointments and said they would have their manager do it. It has not occurred.

Jake was very intuitive in knowing where my issues were. He followed all the paths I take when I try to massage myself. It was a very inviting and soothing atmosphere.

My every other week appointments continue to keep me moving and everyone knows me, so I look forward to coming in. I have a particular day and time I like to come in, so the receptionists make sure I get booked as soon as the schedule opens.

Jennifer did an amazing job, as always, to address concerns I had regarding my face. The products she has recommended have always worked out well for me.

I was greated warmly and provided a neck wrap while I waited for my appointment. I arrived early so I read my ereader and sipped flavored water. Then, it was topped off with a massage and gift bag. Lovely experience.
