Halley is outstanding. She is knowledgeable and caring. She remembers details and we always have an enjoyable conversation - which makes me feel valued as a member.

My aethetistian was extremely courteous and professional. She explained the procedures and products relative to my skin's needs. And I walked away with my face feeling moisturized and glowing.

My therapist was very smooth using the stones.

I though Joseph was excellent. The manager at check-in was so kind. They had to bump my apt. back 15 min and gave me a free upgrade for any inconvenience. Everything was clean and she also gave me some info. on Cryoskin which I may look into. I got a membership that day!

My masseuse, Taylor, does a great job in addressing my particular requests, and is a consummate professional while also projecting a friendly attitude. She provides the appropriate amount of pressure and never fails to ask if there are areas that need specific attention.
