Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Massage was finished in a timely manner. I felt comfortable at all times throughout the massage. George took the time to explain each step to me as needed.

Have been coming since you opened. Was always able to get a therapist that has suited my needs. Always a courteous staff. Manager that remembers me by name.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. I come monthly and everyone seems to remember me, which is always nice. Jeff is amazing and can always find exactly what is bothering me as well as knowing what to do to help ease the pain/tension in those areas.

The massage time should be a full hour. Also hard to get an appointment with particular people. Even booking in advance.

Jonathon is very attentive to my massage needs. He also checks in to make sure the pressure is right. Receptionist very pleasant and efficient.

Facial with Leslie is excellent

The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the conversation time and quiet time with Leslie who did my facial and it's very relaxing.

Sabrina is great! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I only go to her!

Amanda is an excellent massage therapist. She is always punctual, professional, and accommodating.

I've been going to Hand & Syone for I believe a round 10 years, and never had a problem. They staff is friendly and kind and the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and polite. I plan on continuing going. Thank you Hand & Stone.
