My esthetician was highly knowledgeable . She seemed to really understand and appreciate my short term skin care goals. She is warm and gracious.

The reception team was great at explaining things to me (new customer) and welcoming me to the spa. George, my massage therapist, was amazing. He listened to my specific needs and provided some much needed pain relief. I can't wait to come back again. A+ for George.
