Teona was AMAZING!!! She took amazing care during my facial and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. My face felt so refreshed and everyone at work has commented on how good my skin looks since getting my facial! Everyone at the front desk was so kind and accommodating as well!!

The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant, and provided a heated neck wrap. My massage therapist was wonderful - she knew exactly what to do to address problem areas and other areas. It was a great experience for me on a not-so-great day otherwise.

I have been going to Hand & Stone Grant Ave for about a year now and have always found the staff and therapist friendly at all times and knowledgeable in all your offerings. Always are greeted with a hello as soon as I walk in the door, my therapist I have been seeing the same one. is always friendly and asked if i want a specific area concentrated on always, and if I want to add anything to my massage she explains the benefits to me as well.

I was highly satisfied because the sweet receptionist offered me a warm neck wrap and some water which instantly put me into relaxation mode.

I love Margie. She knows her stuff,is very friendly and makes me very relaxed. Marge has been extremely effective in helping me relieve pain in my back and legs.
