Very professional and clean. The therapist really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Reception staff were very friendly and made the process so easy.

First impression was positive as I was greeted right away and the waiting area was clean, bright and comfortable. My therapist was pleasant and had just the right amount of talking during the massage - being sure to get feedback on comfort and pressure level, but not having chit-chat throughout the massage.

Lena is always very knowledgeable. She is able to address my skin issues and suggest practical solutions and not always push me into buying extra things. I enjoy my appointments with Lena.
