Nancy is the best of the best!! I always look better (at least think i look better) after she's finished compared to when I walked in : ) The receptionist is always welcoming. The spa is always very clean. The atmosphere is always very relaxing. Wayne Hand and Stone is the best!!!

My massage therapist, Melissa, is a lovely and diligent person.i am very pleased with her service. Unfortunately however, it has been my experience that no one stays at any location for an extended period of time. Melissa has been at least my fourth therapist in the time I have been a member. I find this uncomfortable and therefore will complete my package and and terminate my agreement with Hand & Stone.

I have a Hand & Stone close to my home, but it changed ownership and it changed....at the time not for the good. So I changed to one much further away, but it was well worth it! I met Chris, the guy at the desk and mostly CLAUDIA! She is outstanding! Absolutely no comparison to the facials I used to get at the other Hand & Stone. Big difference in a great way!
