Hand and Stone

It was my first facial since Covid and Shamim took the time explaining the issues with my skin and what I could do to keep it healthy and looking good.

My therapist, Mika, is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She is far better than any other therapists I experienced. She remembers my needs and asks whenever I visit.

Came out feeling very relaxed and so much less tense. RMT was quick to take me in and I actually got the full time scheduled (100min) for the massage. The website says that the 2 hours scheduled includes the 100min and then the remaining time to get ready, but I usually get the undressing time deducted from my actual 100 min massage time so I never really get the full 100mins like the website claims I should. So it was so nice to finally get it. I always feel so rushed to undress and get ready because I know they will deduct that time as part of my 100min massage. So I usually try to go to Kian when I can because I know he is fair and doesn't cut my time short.

The massage therapist is excellent. He is consistently excellent. He checks in with me regularly throughout the appointment despite knowing me well.

I liked the aesthetician and how knowledgeable she was. She was also very pleasant. She recommended the products but wasn’t forceful about me buying them. I would ask for her on my next visit.

Mika listened to my concerns and paid special attention to those areas during the massage. I left feeling much better and very relaxed.

Mika is amazing very professional and very skilled. Bailey the receptionist is a lovely person and always friendly and helpful. The other receptionist is also wonderful I forget her name.

The value of the membership rate. The option to select from a number of massage therapists. The quality of the service from reception staff to the therapists themselves. I would definitely recommend Hand & Stone, and particularly this location which is conveniently located in my neighborhood

Oscar is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I've ever met. He takes the time to recommend techniques to address the cause and always explains his reasoning. I leave feeling relaxed and empowered to improve my health.
