I had a good experience! Was a bit annoyed that I found out so late the additional 30 mins I requested was not included in the introductory pricing. It wasn't until I suggested that I just pay full price for that extra time that we found a solution, the receptionist was calling to ask me if I was okay with paying full price for the whole massage, which I didn't think was a good solution... glad we worked it out though.

Both service providers listened to my needs and tailored their service to my requirements and concerns as well as provided recommendations.

My aesthetician took great care to address my needs as specified, and tailored my facial to treat my skin type and current concerns. This was my second facial with this aesthetician and I will definitely be back to see her again. She also recommended skin care products available at Hand and Stone to help improve my at-home care in between treatments. Would highly recommend this location and aesthetician! Thank you!!

Everything was great

You are a close walk from my home. I was greeted cheerfully when I arrived and offered the bathroom. Mika, my RTM, is very skilled and gave me a wonderful massage. The front desk staff was kind and helpful when I checked out.

The practitioner Mika is excellent in skill and manner. It is super clean and the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Tommy is very good! Good hands, listens and acts accordingly. I’ve recommended him and will continue to do so.

Shamin is an excellent esthetician and gives the best neck massage. My skin already looks great after the treatments

I’m not from Toronto so it was a lovely option to get in within the day requested. The massage therapist was very aware of the area needed to have more intense work. She was very professional. Appreciated her experience. I will be certainly be booking a visit to Hand and Stone the next time I return to Toronto.

This was my first ever massage and I really enjoyed it, as well as the process for booking, etc. I will be returning sometime soon, thank you!
