Hand and Stone

My monthly massage at Hand and Stone relieves my sore muscles and helps me to relax. I always look forward to it. My only concern is that it is very difficult for me to get an evening appointment even when I book several months out. Sometimes the therapist has to cancel and then I am left with few options.

My massages and facials have been enjoyable, sometimes they feel a little rushed, but the women are very kind and made sure i was comfortable.

Nancy was an amazing massage therapist. She gave one of the best massages I ever had. The receptionist was amazing also (I don’t recall her name, but she was super sweet, kind, and knowledgeable.)

Corrine always does a great job with my facial. She is always very friendly. She is very knowledgeable about what kind of facial I need.

All therapists I've had are knowledgeable, accommodating to my comfort level, great with manner of massage and anatomy.very happy with massage services but reception needs 2 employees at a time to help w product selection.

The aesthetician was attentive and explained what she was doing and talked just the right amount during the service so I was still able to relax. Although I am sure that it is an important initiative for her to sell product, she was not pushy. I felt very comfortable at the front desk and during the service. I did forget to use my new membership coupons for my upgrades though. I hope I can still use them.

Love having some time for me to relax and feel my facial also benefits my skin for sure!
