My therapist is wonderful. She is friendly, professional and very effective with helping me and my specific areas of concern. One of the best therapists I have had while being a member of Hand and Stone.

I have been a member since 2018. I am very satsified with the service provided by Ivy. She is my go to person for massage therapy. I am not happy that I cannot book a 90 minute massage online as I used to be able to do that. I understand from the reception staff that you are eliminating the 90 minutes and doing just 60 or 120 minutes. Better communication is critical especially to your very loyal customers.

Everything was done professionally, people were friendly and my appointment started on time. Already have 2 more sessions scheduled.

Personnel friendly and they make you feel very welcome.

Overall the booking process was easy. More importantly the massage from Ivy was INCREDIBLE. I've been to H&S several times and each experience was great but Ivy gave me an even better message and I was extremely satisfied.

Hope always is very knowledgeable about the facial! I received microdermabrasion this time and the results were great. I also added eyebrow waxing. Thank you to Hope for always making my facial appointments so relaxing!
