The last time I tried using my $5 coupon, the receptionist didn't know how to apply it to my payment for the massage. So, I couldn't use it. Can you please let them know so I can use this one.

The service was great but my kids bought the valentines pack for 179.99 for 2 facials or 2 massages or 1 of each but I paid now 119.99 just for the facial what they purchased was not honored
