The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I was able to really feel great and relaxed during and after. I love the discounts and ways to save money.

Therapist was punctual and asked my preferences. She talked very little and I appreciated the quiet. She checked half way through about the pressure, just as I was about to ask for a little more. Overall, it was just what I needed.

The facial was amazing. And Kimberly is amazing. Her knowledge is outstanding, and she took time to explain each product she used and the reason for using it.

Very friendly and accommodating especially since we had appt at another Hand and Stone location but they had to cancel bc of therapist had a death in family. We called thus location and there were able to see us the same day so we didn't loose out on our plans

This was the most relaxed spa environment I’ve experienced after trying multiple places over the last 3 years. I enjoy that it is quiet. The products were great, they never smelled of chemicals, or unnatural. The table was amazingly comfortable, and the face rest rests around your forehead and not around your cheeks and nose which is fantastic, because most places you end up with a congested nose from the pressure of the head rest.
