Natalia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She was able to andwer all my questions and recommended products. The salon was clean, warm and inviting.

The environment is always nice and relaxing. As well as the rooms being clean, well tempered. I love the use of the hot towels, definitely adds to the relaxing feeling.

I love coming here monthly. I love the service, the people and look forward to having different kind of treatments.

Samantha is a skilled massage therapist and I got a great massage. Both receptionists were friendly & knowledgeable. The membership terms are good and I liked my massage from Samantha enough to sign up.

I enjoyed the therapist and the time she spent during my massage. The receptionist was also =very friendly and answered all my questions about the membership so that I felt it would be a good opportunity to be a member. All went well for my first visit.

I felt like I was really listened to by my massage therapist, Ames! She took extra time on the things I wanted extra time on and she was very good in asking if pressure was okay and made sure I was comfortable temperature wise too! She did a wonderful job and the front desk was easy to work with as well.

I have had very few facials over the years and never really understood the benefits. The treatments were ok. It wasn't until a visit with Keire at the Mill Creek location that I discovered what I was missing! She offered exceptional treatments and skilled techniques. I was reluctant to return since she is no longer with Hand and Stone. My recent visit with Yumi changed my mind! She provided a personalized review and recommendations, outstanding technique and use of products. She was professional and very knowledgeable and open to questions. I felt great after the facial and continued on with my errands. While shopping at Costco someone actually approached and said "your skin is beautiful, you are just glowing!" I did let her in on my secret ;) thank you H & S

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The spa itself has a very relaxing vibe. My massage therapist was great!

I get massages for therapeutic reasons to sessions to break up old scar tissue and increase blood flow and help with my immune system. Much better than spending money net on lunch and drinks.
