I find the staff knowledgable, well trained and professional. They are attentive to my needs. I like the rewards system. I also like the chain because when I travel I can usually find a Hand and Stone in in states to which I travel.

The price of membership is too high.

Isaac, my massage therapist, provided an exceptional massage. The reception staff were so friendly and attentive. The massage is a great value for the cost.
