Extremely satisfied with the staff cleanliness with office and rooms. Prices are expensive for me right now

My sister had 11 massages unused when she canceled her membership. She didn’t know that they had to used in 90 days and now lost all of them. Very unfair to expect someone to use 11 massages in 3 months.

I was highly satisfied with my recent Hand and Stone experience for several reasons. However, the main take away was the after effects of the massage. I felt light, refreshed and regenerated. It was exactly what i needed.

My massage therapist, Minnie, is the best ! I’ve been having problems with my hip and she really worked the area of pain. A complaint I have about this location is the high turnover of staff (front desk & facials).

I liked the appearance of the reception area. The therapist made me feel comfortable. The room temperature and temperature of the items were perfect. The scent in the room was nice.
