The massage therapist was excellent and perfectly targeted the areas I needed, communicated just the right amount to ensure I was comfortable, and her technique was just fantastic. Everything else was pleasant, but this is the sole reason I’m returning — to have her again.

My husband gifted me a massage here and I signed up immediately after, the ambiance, service, and knowledge of the therapist far surpassed what I had experienced at massage envy

I really like the aesthetician and the way my skin felt afterward. She told me my cost would be two of the visits from my membership, plus $36 at checkout. Instead, they charged me for three membership visits. I wasn't paying attention because they were also selling me a product for home. I feel like the facial was good, but I'd never pay $240 for a facial. So, from now on I'm booking a regular facial with no upgrades. I really felt like I was taken advantage of.
