This was my first facial ever. Zoe made me feel so welcome and so knowledgeable on what would be best for my skin. The whole experience was perfect. Not only does my skin look and feel better, my disposition improved from this calming, gentle experience.

I appreciated the extras that were in the reception...the things to keep one occupied while waiting. I liked the lights on the wall in the hall instead of the floor. It had a better ambiance. My facial was wonderful. I did the red light for $50 and am unsure if that was worth the money. I didn't even realized it happened. We shall see if I notice a result. The price seems high considering the time it took and comparing it to a total facial for $69. I feel the same way about the Tru-face? treatment. Overall, I look forward to being at Hand and Stone once a month.

This Hand and Stone was very clean, organized, professional, and welcoming. Services received addressed my exact areas of pain and discomfort. Consideration for my well being and comfort was always kept at the forefront of the entire visit.

this survey is directed towards the Reston facility. I am highly satisfied with everything at that location and plan on moving my membership which is originally in Chantilly to the one in Reston. The Chantilly location I am beyond dissatisfied and honestly very upset with experience I’ve had with them.

Very professional staff. The location is excellent. i like the hours. I would like to have the flexibility to my membership. I hope to meet with the GM soon to resolve all my questions.
