during my waiting time, delivery of new chairs occured & the managers apologized for inconvience & noise by complimenting my visit. Really appreciated them doing that.

Everyone is so friendly. Janet is extremely knowledgeable and provides personal advice for services that best address my needs. She makes you feel comfortable and cared for.

I booked an appointment for a facial. Christina the receptionist suggested Savanna, It was the most wonderful facial I ever got. Savanna made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would give her a 10 in my book. Kudos to Savanna. My husband and I feel very welcomed at Hand & Stone at Hopper Ave. We became members and the perks we get are awesome.

I enjoyed my experience very much. The estitician was very knowledgeable and calming. She answered all my questions and offered wonderful advice. My daughter received services as well. She is special needs and she enjoyed every minute of her facial. She can not wait to go back and get a massage.

I was highly satisfied with the Clinician...not all clinicians are all that good. You are aware of this once you get a really good one.
