First the warm welcoming I received. The spa is set up nicely, clean and the front desk staff were very attentive on answering any questions I had Racheal for my esthetician and she was very knowledgeable in her craft. I have appreciated the choice of massage therapists. Each person who has given me a massage has skills to offer. Membership and rewards program.

I like having the same therapist every time. She is very good and knows how I like things. The location is relatively close to my house.

I enjoyed both a massage and a facial on my last visit. Both service providers were knowledgeable and skilled. I believe Traci gave me my massage and she applied the right amount of pressure in those areas I specified. I think Sara provided my facial. It was lovely. I added extra services through an existing credit and it was well worth it. Hoping to be able to see these two practicioners again.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable therapist. Quite and comfortable rooms and beds. Heated bed is very nice. Soft, pleasing music.

Came in for pain relief sore the next day but better today. Got a fast appt Will schedule again soon.

This was my first time treating myself to facial and the entire process was above my expectations. Environment in the Spa was very calm and professional. Name on new visitor board was a nice touch! First visit requires a lot of firms which is understandable but your system is slow. Ladies were very helpful and all completed. This was my first facial procedure and Shelby is the BEST!!! Calm, knowledgeable and professional. Treatment was interesting and I feel it will improve my 66yr old skin. I have already signed up for package with Shelby

The reception staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and set a great tone. I am pleased with the estheticians I have chosen for my facial care. They are knowledgeable of easy skin care products that help my skin retain their professional treatment(s).
