I was highly satisfied because he focused on attention to detail. Very good technique and didn’t rush through massage. Very attentive and purposeful.

I have really never had a bad experience there. Hard to get 120 minute massaages though.

It’s very clean and set up nicely. I enjoy my therapist and she does a good job. I believe that massage is great for my body and my mental well being.

The ambiance in the room was nice and calming. The heated bed was a great addition and made me feel relaxed. Conversation was kept to a minimum so I could just enjoy the treatment.

Anna and her front office team are the best, most welcoming folks! I’m also glad Tracy Lynn is back - she’s the best and I’m glad my next appt is with her!

I have been a member for several years. Nothing is more frustrating than having turnover in therapist. I greatly appreciate that the therapist I’m using now is not overbooked, and I can easily find an appointment. Because of this, I am less likely to give out his name because I don’t want him to become unavailable! If you don’t have enough appointment slots for all of your members, you should consider putting a stop on new memberships. I know that sounds ridiculous but having happy customers long term is more profitable than having a lot of customers.
