Joel was great. Perfect pressure, very friendly and respectful. Explained everything well. But he also taught me about reflexology and what I could do to help my problem areas. I would return to him next time. I lucked out choosing anyone.

I felt it was very welcoming when I first entered. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Marisa did a great job meeting my needs. I found it very relaxing and my skin looked awesome! Would definitely recommend hand and stone to a friend.

The Concordville location keeps enough staff to make finding an appointment practical. They have excellent communication if there is an issue and an appointment needs to moved .

Sadie was an incredible aesthetician & made an incredible impression on me during our session. She is incredibly knowledgeable and super professional. I’d be honored to have her apart of my team. I am not normally one to do a survey - so please make sure she receives the recognition she deserves!

Esthetician Marissa was wonderful. She listed to my requests. Gave a great facial ad relaxing neck upper shoulder massage. My priority was relaxation and she listened.

Carrie & Meghan were very professional, informative and pleasant to talk and share information about my body and face. Both were very knowledgeable about the service they provided for me.The front desk was great too.

Everyone was very kind and I did not have to wait for my appointment. My massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and was able to relieve several trigger points that had me feeling instantly better. The whole experience was worth every dollar.

I thought she was excellent in taking out blackheads and my face is looking and feeling so much better. I had two appointments with Sadie and very satisfied.
