Hand and Stone

although I was apprehensive about going for a massage I was very satisfied with the service.

I was greeted by the receptionist and she was very friendly. The waiting area was quiet and clean. My therapist was knowledgeable and asked questions to ensure the massage addressed my needs.

Everyone at front reception were very friendly and greeted me right away.

I came in for a relaxing experience and I got a terrific massage. I felt completely rejuvenated.

I have never had a single bad interaction or experience at any location of Hand Stone. The people that work there are all wonderful- the therapists have all been fantastic, the people at the front desks equally so. I wear an Oura ring during the massages and when I review my data it shows that within a few moments or arriving in the lobby I am at my most relaxed state very quickly and it stays that way for some time even after leaving.

Jenna for massage is outstanding, the best every time I’m there. Melissa for facials is outstanding also, have totally seen a different in my skin since coming to her. I went for massage and facial recently on vacation out of the country, they did a great job but not close to being as relaxing and meeting my needs as Jenna and Melissa. I recommend them all the time to friends.

Called and texted me to let me know my esthetician was running late, during appointment she was friendly and caring!

I have some health issues that make necessary for help when I turn over or get off the massage table. Danielle understands this and helps me with out making me feel uncomfortable

Have a great rapport with my therapist and have been her client for years. She knows my trouble spots to focus on and helps relieve my aches

The staff and very friend and courteous. My appointment was on time and my esthetician was very knowledgeable and helpful discussing my skin. Debbie is the best esthetician there in my opinion.
