I never planned to by a membership, but they were so nice I enrolled. I am glad I did. It was the best facial I ever had. The staff is Ultra kind and friendly. I am a customer service trainer for a living. These people have it nailed. keep up the good work!

I always feel welcomed

From the moment I walked in to the spa, I was warmly welcomed by the front staff, and checking in for my appointment was very easy. I worked with Kristina, who was excellent! She was very nice and gentle, and she explained everything that she was doing very thoroughly. I enjoyed my facial so much with her that I signed up for the membership! I look forward to working with her again.

Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile, a hello, and warm welcome. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products being sold, and helped me pick out a good product that suits my skin type. Taylor and Kai (spelling?) we’re both so amazing and I appreciated every moment they spent assisting me and answering my questions about skincare products and the services offered at H&S.
