The prepay option forces me to treat myself to a massage or facial which I like to schedule one after the other. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app. My password won’t reset.

I was beyond satisfied with Haley’s facial service. Aside from Haley being welcoming and friendly, she was exceptional with my detox facial. Her hands are gold!!!! I literally left feeling so relaxed, already booked my next appt with for my next facial in the end of the month and also referred a friend to book a facial with her. This was a phenomenal experience!

I am always highly satisfied when I come for my monthly massage with Marina. I feel very welcomed at the reception and very relaxed when I come in.

The only complaint I have is that the front desk couldn’t effectively explain the membership to me. I didn’t find the value in the membership because it seemed like reguardless I would be paying the same for a massage plus a monthly fee.

On 4/11 at 5pm the 2 receptionists and Manager( I believe..glasses w/ curly hair) were amazing! She informed me of points and how they work. They were very kind! Sylvania was great. I've been a member since 2017 and have had different therapist and all great.

I came in highly stressed after a very rough week, and also very sore from the gym. Maggy was INCREDIBLE! She was very thoughtful and knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable and really worked my problem areas. I left not only feeling brand new and relaxed, but with a membership because I know I have to go back and treat myself to this experience at least once a month.
