Great staff and experience. I feel like the upscale with facials (add-ons/upgrades) can be a bit much compared to the massage service. I would prefer to review and select options (with descriptions) before the actual appointment so you don’t feel put on the spot, but other than that it was a great experience.

Website booking doesn’t allow for deep tissue choice

I’ve always had excellent customer service experiences at this location, as Oriana the manager does an incredible job of accommodating any requests. It’s easy to schedule and communicate with the spa as needed. Kayla is an excellent massage therapist and specifically modifies my massages for my needs.

Offer great services at a reasonable price. Friendly therapists and estheticians, who just want to offer you a great service.
