My massage therapist Jocelyn was excellent and very sensitive to the fact that I had fallen a couple days before.

Cleanliness of the entire, Hand In Stone establishment and peaceful, relaxing music with two fans on while I was getting a massage… Loved it

I been a client member of hand and stone for years i have purchased several gift cards for family and friends I had a few bad experiences. i received a call from Shawna the manager where I went gave me a call to follow up on my experience. and she listen and understood my concerns and she resolved my issues. I have a follow up appt scheduled in August. Hopefully I have a better experience then. This hand and stone is by far my favorite and I have been to about 5 in the general area. Even if the last 6 months or so, great improvements have been made! The therapists and estheticians are incredible and so knowledgeable! Really enjoy this experience and great value! THANK YOU!

When entering into the building, you are greeted with welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a great group of people at the front desk. The staff who perform services are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly!! I got a remarkable facial. My skin has never looked or felt as good as it did the day I went in for my appointment. They work wonders here!! I highly recommended this location because from start to finish my experience was absolutely wonderful.

Latoya was a wonderful massage therapist; I experienced total relaxation and a sensation of floating. I like the professionalism and the oil used for the massage.

I ask for specific areas to be worked and they were. I felt very relaxed and comfortable thru the entire massage. I get massages at least once a month and this massage was one of the best this year. Thanks
