Upon walking in I was welcomed by name, which is always nice. The therapist also was very kind, smiling when she came out. Then upon leaving, I engaged in a very nice conversation.

I was able to get back to back massage and facial appt lost minute. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me set up 3 such appts.

Pressure was excellent. And the time frame was very good. I have had other therapist who start 5 minutes late and end 10 minutes early: no one needs that long to change and unchange:

As a member the prices are great - massages, upgrades and product discounts. It makes membership very worth while. I also like that I can get the massage therapist I want - if I book early enough.

It was my first professional massage, and they were able to relieve pains in my shoulder that I have experienced for years.

Christy the therapist was great

Good massage but not quite the pressure I wanted. She asked me if I wanted deeper pressure and I said yes, but she kept it the same. Also expensive, I thought I was paying a different price than what I was told at checkout. Needs to be written in the confirmation text or something.

Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. I live out of state and that is the only reason I will not be returning. Great message ! Very satisfied.
