Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because of the cleanliness of the lobby and room. The receptionist was also patient and knowledgeable. The massage therapist also listened to my concerns and made what she thought were appropriate recommendations which was greatly appreciated and helpful.

I like that I can customize my massage-asking the massuese to only focus on certain areas and not others. Everyone is always very friendly and professional

Rachel has always been a fantastic masseuse. Her knowledge ans skills keep me coming back to her, and she remembers specific issues and problem areas of my body. Losing her as a masseuse is a huge loss for Hand and Stone.

Flexible scheduling. Therapists are always professional and respectful. Desk staff is always friendly. Always able to schedule within a day or 2 at most.

My massage therapist understands what I need and can easily find the areas that need worked on more than others. She's intuitive and listens to my requests. The reception staff are also very friendly and make me feel welcome.

I liked getting ready in the room where the service was preformed and the relaxed, spa atmosphere. Did not feel stuffy like many spas.
