The appointment was on time. I felt like my comments were listened to, and my facial adjusted per them. Hannah is always very friendly and makes me feel pampered.

Jane is amazing and talks me through each step in my treatment and how it is going to help me get to my skin tone goals.

My therapist is great, always feel so relaxed after my session. He listens to my needs and addresses them. He's so wonderful.

Massage met my needs for relaxation

My technician did a great job. Nice pressure and she was able to treat my pain points with enough pressure to help but not so much it hurt.

Theo was very educated about deep tissue therapy and explained everything he was doing during the massage.

Therapist is Lissa at Plymouth location. I've been seeing her for some time but transferred to Maple Grove for January-March. I did not find a therapist I liked at MG so returned to Plymouth to get Lissa. She loves her job and it is evident. She is very helpful in discussing how to proceed in future appointments. I do have a concern that there is not good info on the website or a printed sheet helping me know how to use my points!
