Hand and Stone

I didn't know what to expect. However i enjoy my experience from start to finish. Easy and friendly check-in. My massage and care with Ilsa was great.

Ilsa is wonderful and very professional.

Everything was very good, however I was not pleased with the new tipping system. One it has a 85 cents fee and the percentage is based out of the regular price not the membership price.

Therapist recognized me, although it had been quite a while since my last session with her. She paid attention to the areas of my body that I asked her to. She was very friendly, and I was told she's a very popular therapist. In fact, she didn't have another availability for 2 weeks!

Icela is a wonderful massage therapist. Took me awhile to find her after experiencing massages from a few other therapists at hand and stone, but once I found her I never looked back. She is very friendly; competent and always knows how to apply the exact right amount of pressure.

The massage rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The therapists, especially one in particular has been helpful with minor tendon and muscle injuries that I have.

Stone to my daughter.

It’s not always easy to find a time that works with my schedule. The facilities tend to be completely booked for 3-4 weeks out. I would go more frequently if there was availability.

Quality service. Friendly and clean atmosphere. No complaints.
