This Hand and Stone has a very knowledgeable therapist. Very professional and listens to the needs I have. COLIN is his name!

I go to the specific manager therapist as his unique style helps my muscle tension areas relax for the longest period of time. The receptionists are always trying to be of help wherever they can and I really appreciate it!

I have a great relationship with my message therapist who listens to me when I ask her to focus on certain areas and allows me to use my own music.

I really like coming to this location, because even if I never see the same person, I know I get a great service. As an aside, I can't seem to book online and redeem points myself and always have to call. I place a huge amount of trust in whoever I speak to that they are redeeming my points properly when they book me and do my upgrades. I wish the online system let me have more control over this. That said, the person I speak to when I call is always kind, helpful and calm, which is really nice.

Lorelle gave an amazing massage, and she solicited my feedback on pressure and how I was feeling. The spa is always clean and welcoming.

The estitician was fabulous and explained her recommendations well, what she was ding and how to care for my skin afterwards!
