The therapists I work with have an excellent style. Including pressure, location, rhythm.

Regina and Idra were very kind and did a great job! I will be definitely coming back to both of them for massages and facials!

I felt the girl doing my facial was not only kind, but very aware of how I was feeling, repeatedly asking “is the temperature ok, is the steam ok”,etc. She also suggested products appropriate for my skin- not trying to sell me everything in the shelf. I enjoyed the ambiance and the quietness of the entire visit -

I liked the way I felt in the waiting area. It was very conducive to relaxing so I was ready when the masseuse came out for me. I was not as impressed with the room because it was designed for two people. I did enjoy the hot hands and feet massages as I have diabetes. They felt wonderful. All in all the masseuse and the experience was well worth the cost and an added benefit, it was closer to my home than the other one I used to go to. I will tell my friends about it!

Kathleen was WONDERFUL! She was very professional. She asked me questions that lead to a GREAT experience! I asked for her to do my next massage.

It is because of Laura the massage therapist. She does an excellent job. Some of the administrative issues are a nightmare to deal with because of how many times you have to call or email to get them corrected. When they needed an updated credit card number from me I had to call and/or email four times before they entered it into your software correctly. That should not happen.

I am a long time member of Hand and Stone. I have enjoyed the services of my aesthetician Karen M. For many years and my new masseuses Wendy and Diane.

Diane was extremely knowledgeable with giving me pointers and explaining my high pain areas. She was super nice and made sure to give me some nice stretching that really relieved some pain. She also recommended a longer massage which I will definitely be taking into consideration on my next visit!

Massage therapist was very good and knowledgeable. She displayed superior knowledge of troubled areas. She was very personable and easy to communicate with.
