All front desk staff at Winter Springs were extremely helpful and professional with excellent customer service. Katrina was excellent in providing the massage and offering her expert advice for healing my shoulder and neck pain with additional services. Katrina was indeed the best therapist I’ve had at Hand and Stone!!!

Rahdu is an excellent esthetician and very friendly. Appointment days and times always work with my schedule. The new space is much better than the smaller space they had before.

Due to life circumstances, I had not been in for a massage since October 2023; massage desperately needed! Katrina did an awesome job in relieving all of the pain and tightness that has been building up for all that time!

Jocelyn is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Month after month she works magic on my body that helps it to perform and feel better for longer periods of time. She is great at her job and I know she loves it too.
