Judette is an incredible massage therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and effective. She listens to me and really focuses on my needs.

My massage therapist is amazing! I've been her client for many years. She always does exactly what I want. I like the fact that the reception staff tell me as soon as new months open up for booking appointments. My massage therapist is very popular and gets booked up months in advance.

Always look forward to my monthly massage. Ayanna is very professional and knows how to help relief my pain in my problem areas. Highly recommend H&S.

I don't like having to make appointments with my favorite therapist nearly a year in advance. Then I have to cancel due to other obligations, and not able to rebook because all sessions are booked
